9/11 was nothing more than a provocation to keep the American public out of fear of war that had set in its psyche by the lose of the Vietnam War. It was carried out by those elements of our government and intelligence community that saw a window of opportunity to advance U,S. hegemony and a domination over global resources such a oil. 9/11 was the bait to get America to go to war.
The American Empire's wars go hand in glove with American economic imperialism.
Indeed, one could say that the precious American way of life itself is intrinsically based upon militarism and expansionism since 1776.
19th-century American "manifest destiny" enabled both the conquest of Indiginous lands throughout North "America" and the subsequent economic exploitation of its resources.
Today, American "progressives" peddle a very disingenous argument that America does not benefit from its wars of aggression in that they are draining US wealth and money, etc...
This is a lie--for the simple reason that America is *not* paying for these wars. Other countries are.
This is the dirty little secret that is the basis of the American Dollar Empire.
Indeed, American Dollar Imperialism is an issue that is so explosive that it will be predictablly swept under the rug by many American apologists of all stripes--including that political trojan horse called the American "antiwar" (sic) movement.
