On Wednesday morning, 27 June 2012, a large commando raided the headquarters of the Syrian private news channel Al-Ikhbariy, killing seven employees, abducting others and destroying the premises.
Hours after the attack, the channel resumed broadcasting from makeshift studios.

Mercredi 27 juin 2012 au matin, un important commando ont lancé un raid contre le siège de la chaîne de télévision privée syrienne Al-Ikhbariy, tuant sept employés, en enlevant d’autres et détruisant les locaux.
Quelques heures après l’attaque, la chaîne a repris la diffusion de ses programmes à partir de studios improvisés.
