Some where high above the managers like Berneke,Dimon or the Diamonds of this world are the few owners behind the public facade of these organizations. If the U.S.is deeply in debt (largest creditor is the Fed) then it's institutions,govt,hgh courts,military security surveilance etc are at the disposal of those creditors or else...you fill in the economic threat. The elites agenda becomes the U.S. foreign and domestic policy. We really should be past knowing who, what, where, and why by now as to the handful of persons at the top that dominate world events.

The IMF and WB essentially are controlled by some ruling "elites" through the use of the extremely corrupt Washington. GR has previously stated this, even if it was phrased differently. The IMF and WB arre instruments, tools of the corrupt and predatory western "elite". The IMF and WB are used as GR and other sources have said for many years. These are "institutions" that serve as instruments of economic warfare against humanity, to profit the western "elites" who "run the show" or program. Michel and James are innocent, and right.
