Excellent speech and it's great to see that he was re-elected. I recall that there was some disputation about him running for more terms than was permitted according to the country's constitution, or something like that. I think it was a limit of 12 years and based on the disputations or criticisms, it seemed like he would've been allowed to run for another term, or maybe it was after he'd serve another term. In any case, I was saddened and upset about this, for if a population has a good political leader, then that's what should count. Limiting the number of times a person can run again for office should be only to permit the population to have a chance of replacing unsatisfactory people with good ones. In any case, it's great to see that he's still the President.
Correction: I'm wearied at the moment and left a small error.
Wherein I wrote, "I think it was a limit of 12 years and based on the disputations or criticisms, it seemed like he would've been allowed to run for another term, or maybe it was after he'd serve another term."
It should be,
"..., it seemed like he wouldn't have been allowed to run for another term, or ..."
or a much better editorial improvement;
...it seemed like he would've been allowed to run for another term in another state....
