Does the Japanese govt. think reactor 4 Fukushima is going to just fade away? It's insanity to leave those spent fuel rods exposed like this. Where is the International uproar? Where is the help in encasing that mess before another earthquake brings it to the ground in what would be a world wide disaster? Why isn't Japan allowing other countries experts to help stop this dangerous condition that has the potential to wipe out life on earth? There has to be a way to render the area safe so why isn't anyone doing anything?????Insanity
